Each product is custom-built based on your configuration, which includes dimensions, color, glazing type, opening mechanism, accessories, and more.

Our production and delivery processes are streamlined to ensure that your order arrives safely, on time, and exactly as requested.

Production Times

The production time of your aluminium windows and doors depends on the specific product type and your individual configuration. All products are manufactured in state-of-the-art facilities, using automated CNC machinery, precision cutting, and multi-stage surface finishing processes.

Production time is calculated from the moment the following are completed:

• Final configuration is confirmed and technically validated
  
• Payment has been received in full
  
• Any technical clarifications have been resolved
  

 Standard Production Durations

* Production time may extend during high-demand periods or public holidays. You will be notified accordingly.

 Delivery Methods

All deliveries are handled by Discordia, our trusted logistics partner with proven expertise in transporting large and delicate goods.

Depending on your order size and destination, we offer the following shipping methods:

• 🚛 Partial loading (LTL) in standard trucks
  
• 🚢 Full-container loads (FCL) in:
  
  • 20’ standard containers
    
  • 40’ standard containers
    
  • 40’ high-cube (HC) containers
    

We select the most cost-efficient and secure method based on your order configuration and delivery address.

Installation Not Included

Please note that delivery includes transport to the specified address only. Unloading and installation services are not included as standard. If you require special handling or positioning services, please contact us in advance.

Worldwide Delivery & Export Support

We have extensive experience in worldwide logistics and work with some of the largest freight forwarders across sea, road, and air transport. Regardless of your location, we ensure that your order arrives with the proper documentation and packaging to pass customs and arrive in perfect condition.

• Optional export declarations (if required)
  

We are happy to assist you with all formalities for smooth import clearance in your country.

VAT & Export Outside the EU

All orders are invoiced with Dutch VAT (21%) included.
If your delivery address is outside the European Union, this VAT amount can be refunded upon submission of valid import documentation, such as:

• 📄 Bill of Lading at the port of destination
  
• 📑 Customs clearance document confirming successful import
  

Once we receive one of these documents, we will initiate your VAT refund upon review.

Delivery Timeline (Estimated)

Production time varies by product configuration. You will be informed of expected dispatch and delivery windows upon order confirmation.

Important Notes

• Ensure the delivery location is accessible for large vehicles or containers.
  
• Deliveries are curbside; unloading must be arranged by the customer.
  
• All deliveries are insured. Damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos.
  
• Tracking and dispatch information will be provided once your order leaves our facility.
