Ordering from KozijnenPro is done entirely through our online Configurator. You can design your aluminium windows, doors, and systems, see real-time pricing — including shipping — and place your order directly on the platform. Once payment is completed, our technical team reviews and validates every configuration before sending a confirmation. From production to dispatch, customers receive status updates at each stage, and our support team is available throughout the process for any assistance.

How long are the production times?
At KozijnenPro, production times depend on the product type and your custom configuration. Standard aluminium windows and doors typically require 3–4 weeks of production once the configuration is confirmed, payment is received, and all technical details are validated.
Additional time of 1–2 weeks may apply for triple glazing, special glass, non-standard RAL colours, or textured coatings. Large-scale or multi-unit projects are scheduled individually.
All products are manufactured in state-of-the-art facilities using automated CNC machinery and multi-stage finishing systems. Estimated delivery time after production is 3–5 business days within the Netherlands, 4–7 days within the EU, and 2–6 weeks worldwide depending on the shipping route.

KozijnenPro delivers aluminium windows, doors, and systems throughout Europe and worldwide. All shipments are handled by Discordia, our trusted logistics partner specialized in transporting large and delicate goods.
We deliver to residential, commercial, and project sites across the Netherlands, EU countries, and international destinations via road, sea, and air freight. Depending on order size, we use partial truckloads (LTL) or full-container loads (FCL) in 20’, 40’, or 40’ High Cube containers.
All deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise agreed. Customs documentation and export support are provided for non-EU destinations.

KozijnenPro supplies high-quality, custom-made aluminium systems; however, installation services are not included as standard. All deliveries are curbside, meaning products are transported to the specified address but not unloaded or installed on site.
Customers can arrange installation independently or through qualified local professionals. If special handling or positioning services are required, please contact us before delivery to coordinate with our logistics team.
For an additional fee, KozijnenPro can recommend and arrange installation through trusted partners, ensuring that your systems are fitted with the same precision as they are manufactured.
